Not often do you see NFL players send a challenge to a front office member. That’s the case after some recent comments from Philadelphia Eagles fan favorite Brandon Graham, though.

He’s pushing to get back out there for one more season, if the Eagles see him as a valuable piece for next year.

On his podcast, the long-time NFL defender sent a request to Eagles general manager Howie Roseman in a unique way. Graham relayed that he would like to play one more year for the Eagles if they are interested in bringing him back.

He’s ready to play one more season in the pros with Philly before retiring (for the final time).

Graham announced his retirement from professional football last spring but simply couldn’t stay away for too long. Philadelphia came calling, and he picked up.

The veteran joined the Eagles partially through last season when they desperately needed defensive line help due to mounting injuries. He provided depth for them along both the interior and exterior of the DL and played a leadership role in the locker room this past season.

Graham is an Eagles lifer. He was drafted by Philly in the first round in 2010 and never suited up in another uniform around the NFL. It’s not surprising that he shares such pride in helping the Eagles be the best team they can be, even entering his late 30s.

We’ll see if Graham returns to the fold for the Eagles defense in 2026. He’s already won two Super Bowls with Philly, and he may be eyeing the chance at a third if given the opportunity by the team.
